Founder & CEO — Onsite Engagements
Michele has held 8 imaging leadership positions across academic medical centers, regional health systems, community hospitals, and outpatient imaging networks — for-profit and not-for-profit. She personally leads all onsite interim and consulting engagements. Every client works directly with her.

She is fundamentally a problem solver — brought in when departments are underperforming, leadership is in transition, programs need building, or capital projects need someone who has done it before and knows where things go wrong.

Her capital project experience spans MRI systems across 1.5T and 3T platforms, CT scanners, PET/CT, SPECT/CT, interventional suites, ultrasound fleet replacements, fluoro and general rad rooms, portable fleets, and a full imaging center built from the ground up.

Her background includes full operational and financial accountability for multi-modality imaging departments, Epic Radiant and PACS implementations, ACR and Joint Commission preparation, and ground-up development of programs including lung screening, calcium scoring, elastography, stroke detection, bone density, PET/CT, and offsite outpatient imaging centers.
